k-twenty Consulting works with a range of customers, mainly UK based, including FTSE250 companies and household names. We have established close relationships with these companies and typically are involved in the projects from initial requirements through design and implementation to go live support. Examples of the clients we have worked with are outlined below.

CHEMICALS

A European chemicals company wanted to implement a unified system which would replace their existing Hyperion Enterprise and Business Objects applications. k-twenty designed, built and deployed a suite of five applications covering statutory and management reporting, daily logistics, production planning and sales analysis. All of these applications take feeds of both structural information and data from the companies’ SAP systems.

RETAIL

A listed British luxury goods retailer with a worldwide presence replaced Hyperion Enterprise with OutlookSoft CPM. k-twenty assisted in the development of a Statutory and Management reporting system taking data from SAP. A weekly branch sales reporting system was also developed and went live in two weeks incorporating automated like for like reporting.

SECURITY

In the first phase, one of the UK’s largest security companies developed a management reporting solution comprising actual data from JD Edwards and budget and forecast data from a custom spreadsheet solution. In the second phase the spreadsheets were replaced by a suite of applications to allow budgeting and forecasting at a low level of granularity facilitating contract profitability analysis. The core data was imported from operational systems and users were then able to apply centrally defined and contract specific assumptions to derive budgets and forecasts including the performance of “what if” analysis.
